Definitions

For the purposes of these T&Cs of Use, the following terms have the meaning set out below:

• “AI Coach”: the conversational assistance feature based on a generative artificial intelligence system, provided by a third-party provider, enabling responses to be generated from the User’s entries.
• “Inputs”: all data, texts, questions, instructions or content entered or transmitted by the User to the AI Coach.
• “Outputs”: all responses, texts or content generated by the AI Coach in reaction to the Inputs.

What is the purpose of the terms and conditions of use?

The trust you place in us every day is our priority. As such, we do everything possible to enable you to maintain this trust on a daily basis, which of course requires terms and conditions of use (“T&Cs of Use”) that are respected and known to all.

The T&Cs of Use, which apply to our Platform, are precisely intended to set out the rules that you must comply with when using it, it being understood that any use of the Platform implies unreserved acceptance of the T&Cs of Use.

You therefore confirm that you have read the T&Cs of Use prior to any use of our Platform and that you have had all the information and skills necessary to ensure that the services provided meet your needs.

What are the conditions for having an account?

To create an account on our Platform, you must be a natural person of legal age with full legal capacity to commit under the T&Cs of Use.

Your account is strictly personal. You therefore undertake to provide the identification data required when creating the account in a personal, correct, accurate and truthful manner. You must also inform us of any change to the information to be provided for normal use of the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and your password, as well as for the access restrictions to your terminal (e.g. tablet, mobile, etc.). If you have any doubt about the vulnerability of your account or the confidentiality of your credentials, you must change your password and/or contact our support service as soon as possible. Otherwise, and within the limits permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

We recommend using a complex password (made up of numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters and punctuation marks) to increase the security of access to the account, and changing your password regularly by accessing the account settings.
